So yeah, an awesome pair of games, and a particularly enjoyable end to a mission. I was also amused to discover you can turn on Samara I think I’ll probably do that when I play through again as a Renegade.

Officially I had her resist at the end, but I played through the full surrender a couple of times first… So to see my Shepard, who I’ve shaped and moulded over the course of two epic games, fall under the sway of Morinth with her Asari mind powers was… alluring.

Hell, I even got choked up when Joker showed her the Normandy SR-2 in the hanger at the start. The storytelling really is top notch you can really get invested in the characters, especially Shepard. Most of the mission was nothing special (which still makes it pretty good, because baseline for Mass Effect so far has been well above average) but the part that really appealed to me is when you’re back in Morinth’s apartment and you have to keep her distracted until Samara arrives to kick arse. I just did Samara’s loyalty mission last night, and the story turned out to be a lot more entertaining than I expected. I stopped part-way through 1 for a few months for some reason, but picked it up again towards the end of the year and have been steadily working my way through them since. I picked up Mass Effect 1 & 2 in the Steam Summer Sale last year, and they really are fantastic. I always used to be a console gamer, but I’ve been moving more to PC in the past couple of years now that I’m starting to be able to afford decent tech. And during Mordin's loyalty mission, Shepard must decide whether. I’ve talked before about things that influenced my interest in hypnosis this time it’s something that has been influenced by my interest in hypnosis. Whoever they saved with show up in Mass Effect 3 Samara will help Shepard during a mission but Morinth will simply send an email. I think it’s about time I posted something. There’s been nothing new to talk about since before Christmas no reason other than it being a busy time of the year. Samara has a good lead on Morinth’s whereabouts and wants to end her daughter’s career as a serial killer. Samara’s daughter Morinth suffers a rare genetic defect that compels her to destroy her partner’s mind during sex. I just went and checked my save because I was worrying that maybe I had lost someone's loyalty, but nope they are all loyal.I’m gonna go ahead and put this right here at the start: I guess I missed this because I sided with Jack, but I don't think I had done Miranda's quest yet, so I didn't have her loyalty to lose at that point. I guess I won't be getting hers since I just continued playing. I screwed up Samara's mission tho and never got her loyalty. I use Miranda the most, tho, so I reloaded a save and sided with her instead. I lost Miranda's loyalty when I sided with Jack during their little argument after Jack's mission. I can understand running out of convo options, but I didn't think that they would stop being loyal "If you finish her loyalty mission but side with Miranda afterwards (during their ) because you don't have enough paragon/renegade points to lose the left column dialogue options, then you will lose her loyalty until you have enough paragon/renegade points to choose one of the the left column dialogue choices when you speak to her again (you can keep speaking to her until you have enough points). " You can lose their loyalty? I assumed that once you had it that was it.
